The Fine Line

On Labor Day we got to play a show at the Fine Line Music Cafe in down town Minneapolis. Lately ach show we play has more and more significance. The last show at Station 4 was our biggest turn out, and we got invited back to open for national touring bands. Now this time we got to play the Fine Line, which has had some of my favorite bands in the world (Elbow, Doves) play its stage. It was a big honor for me to play the same stage as they did. Although this gig was a little different for me. It was like I wasn't even there and the autopilot kicked in, and it was over in a flash. Maybe the lights were shining a little too brite in my face or something. But we had a good turnout, and some very important people to me were there in the audience. I feel very fortunate to be having these experiences...
